For Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations, our 24/7 dedicated desk guarantees that parts in stock will be pulled, packaged, and dispatched to the nearest international freight forwarder within 2 hours of payment or PO approval. We also offer dedicated courier / Next Flight Out (NFO) routing.
Every part sold by ALLVIN Aviation comes with standard ATA Spec 106 material certification, a non-incident statement (NIS), and absolute traceability back to an FAA 121/129 operator, OEM, or certified repair station. Overhauled (OH) and Serviceable (SV) parts always include the dual-release FAA 8130-3 / EASA Form 1.
Yes. Net 30 terms are available to established airlines, MROs, and leasing companies upon credit approval. Initial orders usually require wire transfer in advance or credit card payment until your credit application is fully processed. You can request a credit application from our accounting department.
Parts can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date provided they remain in their original, sealed ALLVIN packaging, accompanied by all original documentation. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Returns for suspected unapproved parts or warranty failure have specialized RMA procedures.
